Before an evaluation interview is scheduled, every candidate is reviewed against defined criteria — specialism match, location, availability, budget alignment, and English proficiency indicators. Candidates who don't meet the standard don't proceed.
A structured 45-minute assessment interview conducted by an experienced technology delivery expert, recorded and shared with the client's consent — so you see how the candidate communicates, demonstrates their experience and solves real-world problems.
Each candidate is scored across all eight performance dimensions, objectively — any candidate scoring below 3.5/5 is not submitted.
The same eight-dimension framework continues after placement — monthly performance scorecard reviews for the length of the engagement, so delivery risk is visible early, not discovered late.
